An effective IoT solution requires the optimal selection of IT components. The choice between standardized components, custom software, or a combination of the two is essential to the success of your organization’s IoT business cases. AMIS Conclusion works with you to determine what your company needs.

With our DevOps teams, we have all the in-house expertise needed to implement the following types of IoT solutions with our clients:

Asset Management

With Asset Management, we offer a structured approach to tracking and managing the type, status, and location of assets within an organization. We provide insight into the asset’s usage and location. We assess the asset’s condition and provide recommendations regarding maintenance or replacement. Additionally, we send notifications in the event of loss or theft.

Condition Monitoring

With Condition Monitoring, we continuously measure the condition and usage of (technical) assets. This gives you insight into their performance, frequency, and intensity of use. Condition Monitoring also helps identify unplanned downtime and pinpoint the cause of disruptions, thereby improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

Predictive Maintenance

For Predictive Maintenance, we measure asset performance. We compare this to an ideal performance level to detect potential deviations and performance degradation at an early stage. This allows us to predict maintenance needs and schedule them at optimal times, thereby increasing availability.
