This means that every program is unique. You’ll be immediately integrated into an existing project and you’ll be paid accordingly.

Modular Training Program

As a junior, you’ll want to advance as quickly as possible. That’s why we offer a modular training program. This program combines internal and external courses tailored to your development and the project you’re working on. The program consists of several core modules: Basic AMIS Skills, Basic Architecture, CI/CD, Programming Language, Cloud, Testing, Consulting Skills, Agile/Scrum, Operations, Databases, and Modeling.

The buddy

From day one, you'll have a buddy to help you get started. He or she is working on the same assignment as you. Your buddy is there to provide you with personal guidance in your day-to-day tasks. You can also turn to him or her with any questions you may have.
