What has stayed the same? The strength of our people, our craftsmanship and our responsibility for technology that makes a real difference in practice.

Over 35 years, AMIS Conclusion has continually evolved. Technologies have come and gone, while our services have grown alongside our customers’ needs. From a strong foundation in specialist technical expertise, AMIS Conclusion has developed into a partner for organisations where data, applications, integrations and digital platforms play an important role in daily operations. Today, up-to-date, available and reliable information is essential. Data underpins business-critical processes, decision-making and the continually evolving applications of AI. 

Although technology plays an important role in AMIS Conclusion’s history, it is our people who make the difference. Colleagues who acquire new knowledge, explore customers’ challenges and keep looking for solutions. People who share knowledge, mentor young talent, take responsibility and help each other when needed. Former colleagues have also helped shape the organisation. Their knowledge, stories and experiences are part of AMIS Conclusion’s history. 

The past 35 years have also been defined by change. AMIS Conclusion broadened its expertise, developed its services and took on greater responsibility for systems and platforms essential to organisations. At the same time, its connection with the wider Conclusion ecosystem became increasingly visible. This enables AMIS to combine its expertise with that of other specialist companies while remaining recognisably AMIS: approachable, knowledgeable and accountable for its promises. 

The coming years will bring further development. Up-to-date, reliable data, intelligent operations and the responsible use of AI will play an important role. AMIS Conclusion aims to develop further as an AI-first organisation, using technology to strengthen people’s craftsmanship. Human ownership, professional judgement and responsibility remain essential. Security, quality and manageability are equally important. As technology becomes more powerful and organisations grow more dependent on digital systems, the responsibility to design and manage those systems reliably and securely also increases. Our focus is firmly on the future: towards the next milestone and 40 years of AMIS Conclusion.
