You’re just a few clicks away from a challenging job at AMIS Conclusion.
Step 1: Your application
Are you excited about one of our vacancies?
Apply directly using the application button below the vacancy. Do this in a way that suits you and that you feel is appropriate for the role. You can apply by submitting your CV, sharing your LinkedIn profile or uploading a cover letter. Of course, you can also do it entirely your own way. Surprise us!
Would you like to get a better feel for the role? Feel free to call, email or message Mike Orang, our recruiter.
Interested in AMIS Conclusion, but not yet sure which role would suit you? Would you like to explore this further? Send an email to mike.orang@amis.nl.
Step 2: Selection
Mike receives and carefully reviews every application. If your application aligns with the vacancy, he discusses it with people managers, practice leads or management.
Mike aims to respond within five working days. Taking a little longer? Feel free to give him a nudge by sending him a message.
Step 3: Getting to know each other
If we are a match, you will be invited to an initial meeting, either through Microsoft Teams or face-to-face. The first conversation is about getting to know each other. In 90% of cases, this conversation will be with Mike.
What are your talents and ambitions? Which technologies would you like to develop your skills in? What matters to you in a job? And just as importantly: who are we? What do we stand for, and where do we want to go together with you?
The day after the initial meeting, we will contact you to hear how you experienced the conversation and let you know where you stand. We always do this by phone.
Step 4: The next steps
Has the first conversation made both of us keen to get to know each other better? Then a second conversation follows. During this conversation, we explore your skills and expertise in more depth. We want to get the clearest possible picture of you, while also giving you the clearest possible picture of our organisation and the team you would be joining. Feel free to ask us all your pressing questions.
In some cases, a reference check or an assessment forms part of the process.
Step 5: Welcome aboard!
If all our conversations show that we have a lot to offer each other, we will make you an offer within a few days that you will find hard to refuse. Of course, we will make signing your contract a celebratory occasion, preferably at the office, but digitally in some cases.
Step 6: Your first working day
From the moment you sign your contract, you are part of AMIS Conclusion. We will make sure you meet some colleagues before your actual start date, and you can also join our many knowledge-sharing sessions if you wish. You will also receive a new laptop, phone and company lease car well in advance, delivered to your home address.
Working at AMIS Conclusion means growing as we move forward, because career development is a natural part of working here. Growing in your profession, growing as a person and growing within the projects you work on. Our colleagues like to lead the way, work with the latest technologies and collaborate with their team to develop the best solutions for our clients. To ensure you can do your job well, you can expect the following from us:
Tip 1
We are an informal, flat organisation with little hierarchy. Above all, be yourself. That is who we are interested in. There is no need to wear a suit; we do not wear them either.
Tip 2
Always check the LinkedIn profiles of the colleagues you are meeting, so you know which exciting projects they have worked on.
Tip 3
We have a passion for technology. Growth is in our DNA. The more you talk about your technical skills, the happier we are. And of course, we enjoy being challenged technically by you.
As an IT manager, you face an important decision: should you move from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud? Perhaps the decision to migrate to the cloud has already been made, and you want to be sure you are making the right choice. This download guides you step by step in making that choice.
Migrating to the cloud offers many opportunities and benefits, but also brings risks. Following the practices in the download helps you avoid making the wrong choice and discovering it too late during the migration process. These practices also help you prevent mistakes that could have major consequences for costs and security.
To help you be sure you are making the right choice as an IT manager, we have developed a comprehensive download at AMIS Conclusion. It uses 10 questions to help you make the right choice and avoid pitfalls early on. The download also gives you insight into the benefits, potential risks, dependencies and more.
