Sustainability is in our DNA. Since 2012, we at Conclusion have been making conscious choices that contribute to a future-proof society. Not as a separate initiative, but as a strategic foundation of our business operations. Because what we stand for is also what we act on.

At Conclusion, sustainable entrepreneurship is not a separate agenda, but a way of thinking and acting. From our role as an ecosystem of entrepreneurial business transformation and IT services companies, we weave future-proof business into everything we do. We see it as our responsibility and opportunity to create lasting value for our customers, colleagues and society. This is how we bring IT and sustainability into symbiosis.
From vision to responsibility
We are building a future-proof organisation that puts people, the environment and society at its heart. We do this through concrete actions, measurable goals and shared responsibility across our entire ecosystem. Our approach is based on three pillars: reducing, contributing and collaborating. And we do this along the axes of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG), from our internal processes to the solutions we deliver to customers. In this way, we make sustainability tangible, from strategy to daily practice

Environment:
Conscious choices and smart sustainability

We take responsibility for our impact on the climate. Based on our conviction that IT and sustainability reinforce each other, we make conscious choices that contribute to a fossil-free future. We focus on reducing emissions, making our accommodation and mobility more sustainable, and stimulating circular processes within our ecosystem and beyond. That is why we are committed to the following concrete actions, among others.

 

  • Working in offices powered by 95% renewable energy;

  • Making our vehicle fleet fully electric by 2028;

  • Purchasing as sustainably as possible and adopting circular principles;

  • Planting a tree for every new colleague to stimulate local biodiversity.

 

We do this together with our suppliers and partners. And we comply with high standards such as the CO₂ Performance Ladder, EcoVadis, SBTi (committed) and ISO 14001.

Social:
Together we make a difference

At Conclusion, we believe that sustainable change starts with people. We are building a culture in which everyone feels seen, heard and valued. Diversity, equality and inclusion, alongside vitality and social safety, are not separate themes, but are interwoven into our way of working. This is how we create space for growth, connection and impact. We translate this into initiatives such as:

 

  • Inclusive employment conditions

  • Actively promoting vitality and job satisfaction;

  • Equal opportunities for everyone: we use inclusive recruitment and development processes, so that origin, age, gender, disability or belief never form a barrier to entry, growth and advancement.

  • Creating work-study programmes for people who are distanced from the labour market;

  • Actively monitoring social safety and well-being.

Governance:
Fair, transparent and honest

Sustainable business requires clear frameworks and transparency. We ensure that policy and behaviour reinforce each other and that everyone within our ecosystem knows where we stand. From ethical conduct to ESG reporting, we make our choices transparent and verifiable. In this way, we build trust, both within and outside our organisation. This is reflected in our working methods in the form of:

  • Clear rules of conduct and a safe reporting culture;

  • No room for fraud or conflicts of interest;

  • Transparent reporting on our ESG performance;

  • Collaboration with organisations that share our values.

Sustainability Statement 2025

Sustainability at Conclusion is an ongoing process. A journey of continuous learning and improvement, together with our people, clients and partners. In the Sustainability Statement 2025, we show the further steps we have taken along this path.


We report in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and continue to build on the implementation of the CSRD. Transparent and factual, with a clear focus on our impact on people, the environment and society. We also demonstrate how ESG is embedded in our strategy and day-to-day operations, and how digital solutions contribute to sustainable progress. Not because we have to, but because we believe it is the right thing to do.
