The approach: from legacy customisation to scalable cloud standards
Conclusion Xforce was engaged to guide this modernisation. Together with the internal cloud platform team, a strategy was developed to replace legacy Lambda-based solutions with native AWS services. This enabled security capabilities to be activated out of the box, without additional development or maintenance effort. In collaboration with an external supplier, Infrastructure as Code was implemented, making configurations transparent and transferable across teams.
