Conclusion appoints John van der Steen

Conclusion has appointed John van der Steen as director of Conclusion Enablement. In this role, he will be responsible for further strengthening the organisation and guiding Conclusion Enablement through its next phase of growth. Van der Steen has been active within the Conclusion ecosystem since 2014 and brings more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector.

Van der Steen joined Conclusion FIT, the predecessor of Conclusion Enablement, in 2014 as director of innovation, transformation and renewal. In this position, he held end-to-end responsibility for the sale, delivery and maintenance of services related to infrastructure and application landscapes.

Over the past nine years, he has served as client director, responsible for strategic accounts including NS and, later, the broader transport sector. In this role, he worked closely with various companies across the Conclusion ecosystem. This experience means he knows Conclusion from the inside out and has built strong relationships within the organisation as well as with clients.

With John’s appointment, Conclusion Enablement enters a new phase of growth. The strategy of ‘together, continuously relevant’ plays a key role in this. Through this strategy, Conclusion Enablement helps clients remain relevant in their markets by safeguarding continuity, further developing knowledge and technology, and strengthening collaboration with both clients and employees.

In a market that is changing at an unprecedented pace due to developments such as AI, cloud and digital sovereignty, Conclusion Enablement aims to help organisations realise their digital ambitions. The emphasis lies on co-creation with clients and tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
