Desiree Brussel-Fraser appointed Managing Director of Conclusion DACH

Desiree Brussel-Fraser has been appointed Managing Director of Conclusion DACH. She succeeds Tilman Au, who has played a key role in building, integrating and shaping the organisation over recent years. The transition has been carefully prepared, with continuity for colleagues, customers and partners as a key priority. Desiree Brussel-Fraser and Tilman Au will work closely together throughout October to ensure a smooth handover.

This leadership transition reflects the next phase in the development of Conclusion DACH. Since its formation, the organisation has focused on building, integrating and developing the DACH ecosystem. As the market and business environment have evolved, so have the organisation’s priorities. Today, the region is operating in a different context than its early years. This next phase requires a different leadership profile.

Desiree Brussel-Fraser brings extensive leadership experience within Conclusion and the international IT sector. She currently leads Conclusion Lifecycle and has previously held interim leadership responsibility within Conclusion Benelux. She knows the Conclusion ecosystem and has practical experience of building organisations, leading international teams and working across organisational and national boundaries.

Over recent years, Tilman Au has contributed to the development of Conclusion DACH and played an important role in bringing companies and people together across the region. Following the transition period, Tilman will remain available as a strategic advisor to Conclusion DACH, supporting the organisation in the coming months.

Engbert Verkoren, CEO of Conclusion, commented: “I am confident that Desiree’s experience within Conclusion and in international organisations will help guide the region through its next stage. I would also like to thank Tilman for the important role he has played in building and integrating Conclusion DACH. He helped bring companies and people together, and his contribution has helped create the foundation from which the region can continue to build.”
