This ESG Policy outlines Conclusion’s approach to responsible business conduct across environmental, social and governance domains. It establishes group-wide principles for integrating sustainability into strategy, operations, decision-making and service delivery, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and alignment with internationally recognised standards.

Sustainability at Conclusion is an ongoing process. A journey of continuous learning and improvement, together with our people, clients and partners. In the Sustainability Statement 2025, we show the further steps we have taken along this path.

We report in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and continue to build on the implementation of the CSRD. Transparent and factual, with a clear focus on our impact on people, the environment and society. We also demonstrate how ESG is embedded in our strategy and day-to-day operations, and how digital solutions contribute to sustainable progress. Not because we have to, but because we believe it is the right thing to do.
