1. You are assigned a Technical coach

At XForce you are immediately assigned a Technical coach based on your interests. This coach is your personal sparring partner who guides you in your technical and personal growth. Together you discuss your ambitions, challenges and opportunities within various projects and technologies. This way you are never alone and you always get feedback and support according to your wishes.

2. Where do you stand in terms of knowledge

Together with your Technical coach you map out your current level of knowledge. From your technical skills in cloud, automation, containerization and observability to your soft skills and collaboration within teams. This creates a clear picture of your strengths and development points.

3. Setting goals

In consultation with your coach, you set goals that match your ambitions. These could be technical certifications, gaining experience with new technologies, or strengthening your communication and collaboration skills.

4. Putting together training

You don't determine your training on your own. Together with your technical coach, you put together a customized training plan. This plan contains technical training courses, soft skills workshops, knowledge sessions and certifications that match your interests and career path. This way, you always stay ahead of the latest technologies and developments and keep doing what you enjoy.

5. Salary growth

At XForce, you have a say in your salary development. More drive and commitment produce more growth, both technically and in your salary. We work with a transparent performance cycle in which you and your coach discuss your progress, evaluate your goals and set new challenges.
