What does the application process look like?

Good news! You would like to apply for a job at Conclusion Xforce. How to proceed?

Step 1 - Your application

 

Enthusiastic about one of our vacancies? Then apply directly via the application button for the relevant vacancy in a way that suits you and that you think is appropriate for the position. This can be done with your resume and/or a cover letter or... do it differently! With our motto 'there has to be a difference' we challenge you to do it in your (authentic) way.

 

Need more experience with the job? Call or email us and we will put you in contact with the right person.


Are you interested in us as an employer, but can't find a vacancy that suits you? Send an open application.

 

 

Step 2 - Selection

 

We carefully review your application. If there are similarities with the vacancy, you will be contacted by our recruiter Hajar Essamii for a telephone interview. We are curious about who you are, your motivation and of course we would like to tell you more about Conclusion Xforce. We aim to respond within five working days.

 

 

Step 3 - The introduction

 

If we see a match, you will be invited for an initial interview at our office. The first interview is all about getting to know you. What are your talents and ambitions? What do you find important in a job and in the rest of your life? And last but not least: who are we? What do we stand for and where do we want to go with you?

 

After the first interview we will let you know as soon as possible.

 

We always do this by phone. Whether or not you join us, we always hope to give you something extra. Whether it is an opportunity, a learning moment, a boost or perhaps a piece of the puzzle about what you do or do not aspire to as your next career step.

 

 

Step 4 - The follow-up

 

Did the introductory interview make us both curious for more?

 

Then there will be a follow-up interview with two colleagues. This time we will go a little deeper into your skills and expertise. We will also try to get a feel for the match between you and the team.Feel free to ask us all your pressing questions during this interview.

 

A reference check or assessment is in some cases part of the procedure.

 

 

Step 5 - Let's celebrate!

 

If it appears that we really want to go for each other, we will send you a proposal within a few days. The proposal will be explained in our office by our director Angelo Kaijser. It goes without saying that we then hope to come to an agreement with you. As soon as we know when you will start working for us, we will start working for you. We are happy to have you as a new colleague and want to give you a warm welcome. Together we will make a celebration of your first day at work! You will receive an extensive welcome package, a laptop, a car (if you have chosen for this) and an extensive, fresh lunch with your new colleagues at our office.
