Successful ecosystem formula is being expanded in DACH and IberiaConclusion continues European expansion growth

Utrecht, 7 April 2025 – Business transformation and IT service provider Conclusion expands its activities in Europe by exporting its successful ecosystem formula in the DACH and Iberia regions. This strategic expansion strengthens Conclusion's position as a European IT player in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Spain. Conclusion has already built up a strong ecosystem in the Benelux and is now expanding this model further in other regions, meaning that the company is represented in a large part of Europe.

A European ecosystem

The expansion to these two regions is an important step in Conclusion's larger European ambition. The company aims to achieve a turnover of 2 billion euros by 2030. Conclusion distinguishes itself through its unique ecosystem formula, in which expertise is bundled to fully support customers in their digital transformation. This unique approach offers customers the benefit of a complete service provider, combined with extensive expertise in specific domains such as digital experience, software & development, cloud & mission critical, enterprise applications, business consultancy and data & AI. The ambition is to expand this expertise in the regions through organic growth and acquisitions.

Local approach

Conclusion has been active in Germany, Portugal and Spain for more than a year after the acquisitions of diva-e (DACH), Neotalent (Iberia) and Score (Iberia). With this strong base in the regions, a complete ecosystem can be further developed. With this expansion, management will remain locally represented, strengthening local involvement and expertise. Tilman Au, co-founder of diva-e Conclusion, was recently appointed managing director of Conclusion DACH. Célia Vieira, managing director of Neotalent Conclusion, is currently managing director of Conclusion Iberia. Both will set the strategic course in their own market to further expand the Conclusion ecosystem. This local approach not only contributes to the success of the expansion, but also ensures that Conclusion's services always remain focused close to the customers, while maintaining the culture and values that make the organization so successful in the Benelux. In addition to its international expansion, Conclusion will remain active in the Benelux, where the organization has already established a balanced ecosystem under the leadership of Seger Theuns, managing director of Conclusion Benelux.
