Conclusion Lifecycle:

Conclusion Iberia has launched Conclusion Lifecycle, a new company specialising in managed services and nearshore delivery. The organisation builds on the managed services expertise that was previously part of Neotalent Conclusion. Conclusion Lifecycle starts with more than 100 professionals and plans to recruit approximately 40 additional specialists in 2026.

Conclusion Lifecycle is led by Desiree Fraser and serves as Conclusion’s managed services and nearshore organisation in Iberia. From Portugal, Conclusion Lifecycle supports clients in Portugal and Spain, while also providing capacity and expertise to other European Conclusion regions, including the Benelux. This approach safeguards continuity for clients, partners and consultants, while enabling Conclusion to further scale its European service delivery.

AI is playing an increasingly important role in this, for example by making IT operations more predictable and continuously optimised.” 

A key strategic focus within Conclusion Lifecycle is the continued development of an AI-driven managed services proposition. By applying AI in monitoring and operations, potential issues can be identified earlier and services can be more precisely adjusted. This contributes to greater continuity, resilience and operational efficiency within businesscritical IT environments.
