Port of Rotterdam selects Conclusion Intelligence

Following an extensive tender process, the Port of Rotterdam Authority has selected Conclusion Intelligence as its strategic partner for the management, further development and professionalisation of its central data platform. With this collaboration, the Port of Rotterdam Authority takes a new step in realising its digital ambitions for the coming four years, including the objective of becoming the most competitive, sustainable and resilient port in Europe. Data and AI play a key role in this ambition.

Conclusion Intelligence will assume full responsibility for the existing data platform and the optimisation of all related processes. Building on this foundation, the team ensures that the platform remains continuously operational while being progressively expanded with new data products and innovative functionalities. At the same time, Conclusion Intelligence is responsible for the strategic evolution of the data platform, including the addition of new features, the expansion of AI capabilities within the platform, and the delivery of education and training programmes. These activities are carried out in close collaboration with the Information & Digital Technology (I&DT) department of the Port of Rotterdam Authority.

Conclusion Intelligence brings together the expertise of four specialist companies within the broader Conclusion ecosystem. For this engagement, knowledge and capabilities from across that network are deployed to the fullest extent. The scope of work includes managing the data platform and its integrations to ensure stable and reliable operations. In addition, there is a strong focus on the development and industrialisation of data products and AI models, the design and safeguarding of governance, privacy and data quality, as well as strategic advice and guidance on the adoption of Data & AI across the organisation to deliver demonstrable business value.
