New organisation brings together strategy, design, technology and marketing in one team of seventy specialists
Nexwork, Arlanet and 4net Interactive will continue as a single organisation from 1 June 2026: 4net. The three companies, part of Conclusion Experience, are combining their activities into one digital agency with more than seventy specialists in strategy, design, development, AI, data and online marketing.
Over the past several years, the three agencies have already worked closely together on digital challenges for shared clients. The merger is a logical next step and responds to the growing demand for integrated digital solutions, where strategy, technology and marketing increasingly operate as one rather than in isolation.
“The digital world is becoming more complex, but the solution does not have to be,” says Remco Heijnen, Director at 4net (part of Conclusion). “By joining forces, we bring strategy, development and growth together in one team. This enables us not only to help organisations define direction, but also to deliver results more quickly.”
Greater capability and continuity for clients
For clients, the merger provides access to greater capacity, specialist expertise and a broader range of services. 4net supports organisations in developing digital platforms, optimising existing environments, ongoing management, and driving online growth.
The organisation works with clients in sectors including professional services, mobility, financial services, education, healthcare and B2B wholesale. This includes projects such as digital repositioning, developing scalable and robust platforms, e-commerce integrations, and improving online communication with customers, patients or users.
Scale with the same way of working
With 4net, a larger and more capable organisation emerges, while maintaining the same way of working. “What defines us remains unchanged: short lines of communication, clear dialogue, and delivering on what we promise,” says Christiaan Berger, Director at 4net (part of Conclusion). “We do not work for clients, but with them. The difference lies in what we can now take on: larger challenges, with the same level of commitment.”
With the name 4net, the organisation builds on a brand that is already well established in the market. At the same time, the merger marks a new phase, in which expertise, teams and services are brought together within one organisation. What remains is a practical way of working and a focus on solutions that are not only well conceived, but above all effective in practice.
