Conclusion for SAP S/4HANA transformation

RET selects

RET, the public transport operator in the Rotterdam region, has selected Conclusion as its partner for the implementation, management and further development of a new SAP S/4HANA environment. The programme will be led by myBrand Conclusion, a specialist in SAP transformations. The collaboration commenced on 1 January 2026.

RET has consciously opted for a greenfield approach: a fully new SAP S/4HANA environment based on SAP best practices. This transformation will help RET organise the maintenance of trams, buses and metro services more efficiently. Through standardisation, reduced customisation and a greatly improved user experience, processes will become simpler and more effective. Integrated AI capabilities within the environment will support smarter planning, faster decision-making and better allocation of resources. Ultimately, this leads to improved service for passengers and a more resilient internal operation.

Within the project, myBrand Conclusion will be responsible for the majority of the implementation and future management. As a specialist in SAP transformations, myBrand Conclusion brings in-depth expertise and hands-on experience. The team will also collaborate with Ideo to provide specialist knowledge in Asset Management, a key component of RET’s operations. 

This collaboration strengthens myBrand Conclusion’s position within the passenger transport sector. It also aligns well with Conclusion’s ambition to support clients in achieving sustainable digital transformations.
