“More time for advice and innovation”

Lotte Egbertzen of myBrand Conclusion on five years of OneShore

What do international OneShore teams bring to an organisation? Lotte Egbertzen, Managing Director of myBrand Conclusion, speaks from experience: consistent access to capacity, a broad pool of specialist expertise, and more time to focus on advice and innovation.

myBrand Conclusion specialises in SAP and is known for its personal, proactive approach. Customer satisfaction has averaged 8.3 out of 10 for many years, but Lotte believes there is still room to improve. "We're aiming for a 9+," she says. "Not because of the number itself, but because we are always looking for ways to do better. If you want to remain relevant, you need to keep pace with changes in technology. To do that, you need the right people."

Dedicated expertise

Five years ago, while looking for experienced SAP specialists, Lotte connected with Lalandi Conclusion in Cape Town, one of the OneShore partners within the Conclusion ecosystem. The collaboration quickly proved its value and continued to expand. Today, the South African team consists of twelve senior SAP consultants working exclusively for myBrand Conclusion.

A flexible extension of the team

Since then, OneShore has been further strengthened through collaboration with Score Conclusion in Portugal, another SAP specialist within the ecosystem. This partner acts as a flexible extension of the team, providing additional capacity when demand increases.
"They are just as close to our clients as we are here in the Netherlands"

Genuine senior professionals

"In both South Africa and Portugal, we have access to exactly the kind of talent that fits myBrand Conclusion," says Lotte. "These are genuine senior professionals, just like our own people. They combine deep SAP expertise with strong communication skills. They are just as close to our clients as we are here in the Netherlands. Many of them have worked within the same client domain for years, which means they understand the people, systems, processes and challenges inside out."

Seamlessly integrated

Does the OneShore model work in practice when multiple teams and locations are involved? "Absolutely," says Lotte. "Whether someone is based in Geertruidenberg, Maarssen, Apeldoorn, Cape Town or Lisbon makes little difference for much of the work we do. We are all accustomed to hybrid and remote collaboration. It feels as though you're sitting across the table from one another."

She continues: "Our clients keep their trusted points of contact in the Netherlands, while the OneShore network operates in the background as a seamless extension of our organisation. Clients hardly notice it is there. What they do experience are the benefits: we always have sufficient capacity, specialist expertise is readily available, and engagement levels are exceptionally high. Our remote colleagues do far more than deliver work. They actively contribute ideas, challenge thinking and help develop solutions."

Creating space to spot opportunities

Because much of the delivery work is handled in South Africa and Portugal, teams in the Netherlands have more time to focus on what matters most: staying close to clients, identifying opportunities and proactively contributing ideas. Lotte explains: "We can give organisations more personal attention, particularly when it comes to advice and innovation. That's where we make the difference."

Expanding the possibilities

OneShore supports a wide range of scenarios, from individual projects to long-term managed services. "Every organisation is different, and every partnership starts in a way that reflects its specific situation and ambitions," says Lotte. "Our experience is that clients tend to expand the collaboration over time. Once you've seen the value it creates in terms of quality, capacity and business focus, you want to do more with it."
